Pre-clipping - getting ready for a bath

Before dogs are bathed, they are thoroughly brushed, nails are done, and if they are getting a haircut, we clip off excess hair and set the pattern.

Getting a bath

During the bath, dogs are scrubbed with a brush and washed with an appropriate shampoo. We consider bathing the most critical part of grooming and spend a lot of time to ensure cleanliness of the skin.

Blow drying after a bath

Dogs are hand dried with towels and then completely dried with blow driers. We brush them as they are being dried, removing even more hair to help control shedding.

Scissor finishing a dog

Dogs that receive haircuts are gone over again with clippers and patterns are refined by hand scissoring. This part requires the most artistic talent in that we are basically sculpting the dog's hair.

Final touches

All scissored up and ready for a bandana or bows.
